How to make a "Champagne Flip"

Ingredients:



How to:

  1. Shake brandy, cointreau, cream, sugar syrup and egg yolk over ice cubes in a shaker
  2. Strain into a champagne flute, and carefully fill with champagne
  3. Sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve
