How to make a "Jamaica Fever"
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz brandy
- 1 1/2 oz dark rum
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz mango syrup
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
How to:
- Shake well over crushed ice in a shaker, and pour into a large highball glass over crushed ice
- Add a pineapple chunk and a stemmed cherry, and serve
