How to make a "Late Mistral"

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz vodka
• 1/4 oz Ricard® pastis
• 2 oz cold water
• 1 twist lemon peel

How to:

1. Pour into an aperitif glass over ice cubes, and fill with cold water
2. Stir, add a twist of lemon peel, and serve
