How to make a "New Orleans Fizz"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1/4 oz cream
- 1 dash orange flower water
- 1/4 - 3/4 oz sugar syrup
- 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 oz lemon juice
How to:
- Shake all ingredients (except soda) well over ice cubes in a shaker
- Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes, fill with soda, and serve
