How to make a "Pepinos Cafe"
Ingredients:
- 1 oz tequila
- 1/4 - 3/4 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 cup strong hot coffee
- 1 oz light whipped cream
How to:
- Heat tequila and kahlua in a heat-resistant glass or cup, and stir in sugar
- Fill with coffee, stir again, and top with cream
