How to make a "Strawberry Cream"
Ingredients:
- 1 oz gin
- 3 oz strawberry puree
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 2 tbsp strawberry ice cream
How to:
- Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a wine goblet
- Garnish with a sugar-dipped strawberry half, add straws, and serve
