How to make a "Waikiki Beach"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 1/2 oz coconut cream
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz whipping cream
- 1 oz passion-fruit juice
How to:
- Rim a wine goblet with egg white and sweet grated coconut
- Shake ingredients, strain into the glass, and serve
