How to make a "Somerset Punch"
Ingredients:
- 1 liter dry cider
- 15 cl dry white wine
- 5 cl apple brandy
- 15 cl orange juice
- 5 cl lemon juice
- 15 cl apple juice
- 30 cl ginger ale
How to:
- Combine and mix ingredients in a punch bowl with a large block of ice
- Add sliced strawberries, and serve in wine glasses
