How to make a "Winter Wine"
Ingredients:
- 35 cl red wine
- 2 oz cognac
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 oz water
How to:
- Heat in a small saucepan and pour into heat-proof cups just before boiling
- Add a slice of lemon to each cup, and serve
