How to make a "Vruica Rakia"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz plum brandy
- 1 tsp demerara sugar
- 2 oz boiling water
How to:
- Heat in a small saucepan, dissolving sugar
- Serve in a heat-proof cup when hot
