How to make a "Sky Highball"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Scotch whiskey
- 1 tsp Blue Curacao liqueur
- 5 oz pineapple juice
How to:
- Pour scotch whiskey and pineapple juice into a highball glass three-quarters filled with ice
- Sprinkle curacao on top, add a twist of lemon peel, and serve
