How to make a "Claremont"
Ingredients:
- 3 dashes Angostura® bitters
- 3/4 oz Orange Curacao liqueur
- 2 slices oranges
- 2 cherries
- 1 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
- 1 oz soda water
How to:
- Muddle an orange slice and a cherry with bitters and curacao in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass
- Remove the orange rind, and add bourbon, ice, and soda
- Garnish with the remaining orange slice and cherry, and serve
