How to make a "Colony Room Cocktail"
Ingredients:
- 1 dash Ricard® pastis
- 2 oz gin
- 2 dashes Noilly Prat® French vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura® bitters
How to:
- Place a dash of ricard into a cocktail glass and swill to coat the inside
- Pour out the excess
- Chill the gin, vermouth and bitters by stirring with ice, and strain into the prepared glass
- Serve
