How to make a "Pineapple Julep"

How to:

  1. Muddle the leaves from two sprigs of mint, with the pineapple wedges and simply syrup, in a mixing glass
  2. Add bourbon and ice, and shake well
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice, and stir well until frosted
  4. Garnish with two further mint sprigs, and serve
