How to make a "Pineapple Julep"
Ingredients:
- 4 fresh mint sprigs
- 3 ripe pineapple wedges
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz bourbon whiskey
How to:
- Muddle the leaves from two sprigs of mint, with the pineapple wedges and simply syrup, in a mixing glass
- Add bourbon and ice, and shake well
- Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice, and stir well until frosted
- Garnish with two further mint sprigs, and serve
