How to make a "Rosarita Highball"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz tequila
- 1/2 oz creme de cassis
- 1/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 4 oz ginger ale
How to:
- Shake the tequila, cassis and lime juice and strain into an ice-filled highball glass
- Fill with ginger ale, garnish with a slice of cucumber, and serve
