How to make a "Canadian Snake Bite"
Ingredients:
- 1 oz sambuca
- 1 oz tequila
- 2 - 3 dashes Tabasco® sauce
How to:
- Pour the Sambuca into a brandy snifter and the tequila seperately into a rocks or old-fashioned glass
- Add a couple dashes of Tabasco sauce to the glass with tequila
- Roll the Sambuca around the snifter (like a cement mixer), ignite, and allow to burn for a second or two
- Pour the Sambuca into the tequila rocks glass and cap it with the brandy snifter so as to extinguish the flames
- This should form some smoke within the glasses
- Carefully lift the snifter and inhale the fumes, then pound the tequila and Sambuca mixture
- Packs a pretty good wallop
