How to make a "Bourbon Sangaree"

How to:

  1. Pour bourbon whiskey and water into a highball glass
  2. Add sugar, allow to dissolve
  3. Almost fill the glass with crushed ice and club soda
  4. Float the tawny port on top
  5. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon, and serve
