How to make a "Sue Riding High"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
- 2 oz hot chocolate
- 1 tsp heavy cream
How to:
- Pour the dark rum, dark creme de cacao and hot chocolate (room temperature) into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass
- Add the cream into the center of the drink, and serve
