How to make a "Tequila Fizz #2"
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz tequila
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 4 oz club soda
How to:
- Pour tequila, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes
- Add club soda, stir well, and serve
