How to make an "Amaretto Shake"
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops chocolate ice cream
- 2 oz brandy
- 2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
How to:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth
- Serve in chilled champagne saucer garnished with bittersweet chocolate shavings
