How to make a "Vodka Swizzle"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 dash bitters
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 3 oz club soda
How to:
- Add the lime juice, sugar, vodka and bitters to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well
- Almost fill a collins glass with crushed ice and stir until the glass is frosted
- Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass, and add club soda
- Serve with a swizzle stick
