How to make a "Bay Horse"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz blended whiskey
- 1/2 oz Pernod® licorice liqueur
- 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
How to:
- Pour the whiskey, Pernod, creme de cacao and cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes
- Garnish with nutmeg, and serve
