How to make a "Discovery Bay"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz brandy
- 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
- 2 oz lemon sherbet
- 2 oz ginger ale
How to:
- Add brandy, Cointreau, lemon sherbet and ginger ale to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
- Top with ginger ale, and serve
