How to make a "Lizbuth"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 1/2 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz half-and-half
How to:
- Pour the rum, amaretto, coconut cream, pineapple juice and half-and-half into a blender with 6 ice cubes
- Blend well and pour into a collins glass
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve
