How to make a "Belle of Ellis Island"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz dry vermouth
- 1/2 oz brandy
- 1 tsp Cointreau® orange liqueur
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
- 2 dashes orange bitters
How to:
- Pour the vermouth, brandy, Cointreau, sugar and bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake and strain into a cocktail glass
- Garnish with a lemon twist, and serve
