How to make a "Pousse Cafe a la Francaise"

How to:

  1. Pour the chartreuse into a pousse-cafe glass
  2. Carefully float the maraschino liqueur on top by pouring slowly over the back of a teaspoon
  3. Do the same with the cherry brandy, and then again with the kummel
  4. Serve
