How to make a "Pousse Cafe a la Francaise"
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse®
- 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
- 1/2 oz cherry brandy
- 1/2 oz Kummel® caraway liqueur
How to:
- Pour the chartreuse into a pousse-cafe glass
- Carefully float the maraschino liqueur on top by pouring slowly over the back of a teaspoon
- Do the same with the cherry brandy, and then again with the kummel
- Serve
