How to make a "Cream Sherry Cobbler"
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz cream sherry
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 3 oz club soda
How to:
- Add the sugar to an old-fashioned glass
- Pour in the club soda, and stir to dissolve
- Add crushed ice until the glass is almost full, then add sherry, and stir well
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a slice of orange, and a slice of lemon, and serve
