How to make a "Cream Sherry Flip"
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz cream sherry
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 1 tsp light cream
- 1 tsp grated nutmeg
How to:
- Combine the sherry, egg, sugar and cream in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well
- Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, and serve
