How to make a "Ferocious Flip"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz brandy
- 1 oz ruby port
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 1/2 oz light cream
- 1 pinch nutmeg
How to:
- Pour the brandy, port, egg, sugar and cream into a cocktail shaker and shake well
- Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, and serve
