How to make a "Ruby Port Cobbler"
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz ruby port
- 3 oz club soda
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
How to:
- Dissolve the sugar in the club soda in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass
- Add crushed ice until the glass is almost full, and stir well
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a slice of orange, and a slice of lemon
