How to make a "Chocolate Corvette"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
- 4 oz hot chocolate
- 2 oz heavy cream
How to:
- Pour the rum, creme de cacao and hot chocolate into an Irish coffee cup or glass
- Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top, and serve
