How to make a "Tomato Lassi"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz plain yoghurt
- 2 oz tomato juice
- 4 oz water
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
How to:
- Place the yogurt, tomato juice, water and salt in a blender; blend thoroughly
- Pour into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes
- Add celery salt/seed and stir thoroughly
