How to make a "Virgin Banana Colada"
Ingredients:
- 1 very ripe banana
- 6 oz pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 oz coconut cream
- 1 cup crushed ice
How to:
- Cut the banana into chunks, and add to a blender
- Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice
- Blend well at high speed
- Pour into a collins glass
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a pineapple wedge, and serve
