How to make an "Apple Brandy Cooler"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz brandy
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- 4 oz apple juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
How to:
- Shake all ingredients (except dark rum) with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker
- Pour into a chilled collins glass
- Float the dark rum on top
- Garnish with a slice of lime, and serve
