How to:

  1. Pour the dark rum, passion-fruit syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice and orgeat syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
  2. Shake well
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  4. Garnish with a pineapple stick, and serve
