How to make a "Bellinski"
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Stoli® Persik vodka
- 3 oz peaches
- 1 tsp maraschino liqueur
- 1 - 2 oz chilled Brut® Champagne
How to:
- Puree ripe peaches by forcing them through a sieve and spoon into a large, chilled wine goblet
- Sweeten to taste with maraschino liqueur
- Add vodka, fill with chilled champagne, and serve
