How to make a "Bird of Paradise Cooler"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp grenadine syrup
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 1 egg white
- soda water
How to:
- Pour the gin, lemon juice, grenadine, superfine sugar and egg white into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice
- Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes
- Fill with soda/sparkling water
- Stir well, and serve
