How to make a "Bird of Paradise Cooler"

  1. Pour the gin, lemon juice, grenadine, superfine sugar and egg white into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice
  2. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes
  3. Fill with soda/sparkling water
  4. Stir well, and serve
