How to make a "Bloody Maru"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz sake rice wine
- 4 drops Worcestershire sauce
- 2 drops Tabasco® sauce
- 1 dash horseradish
- 1 dash lime juice
- tomato juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch peppers
How to:
- Pour sake, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, horseradish, salt and pepper into a old-fashioned glass half-filled with ice cubes
- Stir well
- Add tomato juice, to taste
- Stir again, and serve
