How to make a "Blue Canary"
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz gin
- 3 tbsp grapefruit juice
- 1 tbsp Blue Curacao liqueur
How to:
- Pour the gin, grapefruit juice and blue curacao into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes
- Stir well
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass filled with crushed ice
- Garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve
