How to make a "Blue Velvet"
Ingredients:
- 1 oz black raspberry liqueur
- 1 oz melon liqueur
- 4 oz vanilla ice cream
- 1 dash Blue Curacao liqueur
- 1/2 oz whipped cream
How to:
- Combine the black raspberry liqueur, melon liqueur and vanilla ice cream in a blender
- Add a cup of crushed ice and blend until smooth
- Pour into a parfait glass, and top with whipped cream
- Add blue curacao on top, garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve
