  1. Pour dark rum, cranberry juice and coconut cream into a cocktail shaker with one cup of crushed ice
  2. Shake well, until smooth
  3. Pour all contents of the shaker into a wine glass
  4. Garnish with 3 cranberries on a toothpick or a maraschino cherry, and serve
