How to make a "Brandy Melba"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz brandy
- 1/2 oz peach brandy
- 1/2 oz raspberry liqueur
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 4 dashes orange bitters
How to:
- Pour the brandy, peach brandy, raspberry liqueur, lemon juice and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice
- Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a slice of peach, and serve
