How to make a "Brief Encounter"
Ingredients:
- 1 oz peach schnapps
- 1 oz coconut liqueur
- 1 scoop orange sherbet
- 1 dash grenadine syrup
How to:
- Combine the sherbet, peach schnapps and coconut liqueur in a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into a tall glass and drizzle with grenadine
- Garnish with lemon slices, and serve
