How to make an "Apple Brandy Highball"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz apple brandy
- carbonated water
- 1 twist lemon peel
How to:
- Pour apple brandy over ice cubes in a highball glass
- Fill with carbonated water and stir
- Add a twist of lemon peel on top and serve
- (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred)
