How to make a "Buttermint Delight"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz DeKuyper® Buttershots liqueur
- 2 scoops mint chocolate ice cream
How to:
- Combine the DeKuyper Buttershots and mint chocolate-chip ice cream in a blender
- Add crushed ice if desired
- Blend until smooth
- Strain over ice cubes in a collins glass, add a straw, and serve
