How to make a "Cafe Au Kirsch"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Kirschwasser® cherry brandy
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 egg white
- coffee
How to:
- Combine the kirsch, sugar and egg white in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well, and strain into a wine glass
- Fill with coffee, stir, and serve
