How to make a "Canadian Daisy"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Canadian whiskey
- 1 tsp brandy
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp raspberry syrup
- 4 oz soda water
How to:
- Pour the whiskey, lemon juice and raspberry syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
- Fill with sparkling water
- Float the brandy on top
- Garnish with a few raspberries, and serve
