How to:

  1. Pour the whiskey, lemon juice and raspberry syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
  2. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
  3. Fill with sparkling water
  4. Float the brandy on top
  5. Garnish with a few raspberries, and serve
