How to make a "Canyon Quake"
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz Irish cream
- 3/4 oz brandy
- 1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 2 oz light cream
How to:
- Pour the Irish cream, brandy, amaretto and light cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake very well
- Strain into a brandy snifter, and serve
