How to make a "Caribe Cocktail"
Ingredients:
- 1/4 oz dark rum
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
How to:
- Pour the rum, pineapple juice and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass
- Garnish with a lime wheel, and serve
