How to make a "Chilly Irishman"
Ingredients:
- 3 oz cold espresso
- 1 oz Irish whiskey
- 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz Irish cream
- 1 scoop ice cream
- 1 dash simple syrup
How to:
- Add all ingredients to a blender with 4 cups of crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into parfait glasses, garnish with clover leafs, and serve
